  The Sanford Herald (NC) June 1, 2013 MINONG, Wis. — Alice Ruth Cunningham Miller died Saturday (5/25/13) in Palmdale, Calif.. She was born July 10, 1918, to Imes Malone Cunningham and Florence Walden Cunningham in Minong, Wis. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, James "Jim" Cunningham and John Cunningham; and one sister, Margaret Dodes Hegseth. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell A. Miller of Arleta, Calif. She enjoyed volunteering at Panorama Memorial Hospital and Palmdale Play House. She is survived by two sisters, Helen Folger and Dorothy Enfield, both of Texas; her children, Keith A. Miller (Linda) of Sanford, Lynn R. Miller (Diane) of Riverside, Calif., and Ruth A. Holland (Mike) of Palmdale, Calif.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
