He is preceded in death by his parents, Elton Francis chester Hoag Sr. and Maria Valentina Torres Hoag, and his beloved wife, Norma Leticia Hoag. He is survived by his daughter, Kim Bosquez and husband, Leonel; sons, Christopher Hoag and wife, Rosario, and Jesse Hoag Jr. and wife, Maria; brothers, Jose Albert Hoag and wife, Maggie, Marc "Pepe"Hoag and wife, Ana, Elton Francis Chester Jr. and wife, Julia; sisters, Judy Sandoval and husband, Artario, Francisca Uriarte and husband, Fernando, and Maria Elena Alvarado; 12 grandchildren; numerous extended family and friends. Jesse was a family-man married to his wife, Norma of 27 years until her death, and devoted to his grandchildren. He was an avid sports fan and spent many hours watching college football. He enjoyed travel and made a point to visit his family in California on a regular basis. He was blessed with many friends and fellow members of Westover Hills Assembly of God Church.
