  Telegraph Herald (Dubuque, IA) November 30, 2000 Dwight J. Jenkins, 66, of 2375 Roosevelt St., died at 10:48 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque. Mr. Jenkins was retired from the city of Dubuque, where he worked in the maintenance department. He was born on March 29, 1934, in Dubuque, son of Shelby and Isabel (Malloy) Jenkins. He was an Army veteran, having served in the Korean conflict. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing pool and the company of friends and family. He was an avid reader. He was always willing to help anyone. He had a great sense of humor. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Surviving are a brother, Shelby Jenkins Jr., of Portland, Ore.; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lois Margaret Wirzbach, in 1965; and his twin brother, Duane A. Jenkins, in 1979.
