She was born on May 29, 1936 in Ventura, IA to Rasmus & Vivian Norris Nelson. She married Larry A. Miller on December 18, 1955 in Clear Lake, IA. He preceded her in death on October 11, 2007. She worked at the Sheaffer Pen Company and was a member of the Denmark Congregational United Church of Christ, Independent Order of Odd Fellows and the Rebekah Assembly. She was a past president of IARA and enjoyed golf and the Iowa Hawkeyes. Norma is survived by: 2-daughters: Cristi (Jim) Prenger of Osage Beach, MO & Stephanie (Fred) Knoch of Fort Madison, IA and 2-grandchildren: Matthew Prenger of Kansas City, MO & Jeffrey Prenger of Osage Beach, MO.
