  The Hawk Eye (Burlington, IA) October 14, 2007 Larry A. Miller, 73, of Fort Madison died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007, in Des Moines. Born Feb. 13, 1934, in Clear Lake, he was the son of Willis E. and Frances A. Ott Miller. On Dec. 18, 1955, he married Norma Nelson in Clear Lake. Mr. Miller was an instrumental music instructor at Fort Madison High School for 33 years. He was a member of Union Presbyterian Church, Wever Odd Fellows Lodge, ASBDA, IBA, Phi Mu Alpha, and a life member of NEA and ISEA. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was an avid Iowa fan and golfer. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cristi Prenger of Quincy, Ill., and Stephanie Knoch of Fort Madison; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
