  Providence Journal (RI) January 30, 1994 RUTH V. PERREAULT, 69, of the Orchard View Manor Nursing Home, Tripps Lane, died Friday at the home. She was the wife of Alan Perreault. Born in Palmer, Mass., a daughter of the late Elton I. and Helen Marie (Duguay) Herrick, she lived in East Providence for 21 months. She formerly lived in East Providence, Swansea, Mass., and Barrington. Mrs. Perreault had been a clerk for the Traverlers Insurance Co., the Sun Oil Co., Providence, and the Fruehauf Co., Seekonk, Mass. She was a member of the Seekonk Grange, and the Order of the Eastern Star, Martha Washington Chapter, Warren. She was a member of Seekonk Congregational Church, Seekonk, and its Earnest Workers Society. She was a member of the New England Quilters Guild. Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Claudia Demick of Barrington; a son, Mark Alan Perreault of Swansea; a brother, Elton Herrick of Warwick; three sisters, Lillian Smith, Margaret Peterson, Helen Michaud, all of Ormond Beach, Fla., and three grandchildren.
