Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Aaron, Sr., (1963); parents; brother, Bill; and sister, Inez Riggs. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her sons, Aaron, Jr., and Keith; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Mabel Seats and Louise Irwin.
