Formerly of Cape Cod, MA, she had resided here for the past 15 years/ Mrs. MacDonald is survived by her children, Sonna (Lee) Barnhart of North Fort Myers, Bob (Nancy) MacDonald of Fort Myers, Jack (Darlene) MacDonald of Fort Myers; her brother, Joseph O'Brien of MA; hersister, Edwina Washburne of MA; 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
