JEFFERSONVILLE — Arnold F. Burnor, 81, died Thursday, April 13, 2000, in Copley Hospital, Morrisville.
He was born in Cambridge on May 25, 1918, the son of Arthur and Bertha (Thayer) Burnor.
Arnold married the former Jean Duffy in January of 1944. She predeceased him in March of 1963.
Arnold was a lifelong resident of the town of Cambridge. He worked at several different jobs in his earlier years, but the majority of his working career was a logger with the Burnor Family logging business.
He is survived by four children, Leon of Belvidere, Barbara Gastley of Lakeland Fla., Larry of Jeffersonville, and Tina Flora and her husband, Frank, of Cambridge; two grandsons, Dana Sweetser and Jaime Flora; a sister, Melba Masse and her husband, Richard, of Essex Junction; a brother, Glenn and his friend, Pam, of Eden; and several nieces and nephews.
Arnold was predeceased by two brothers, Leon and Donald and a sister, Edith Duhamel.
