WILDER A. HASKELL Jr., 69, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, USA, died 8 October 1997, in hospital. Born in Shoreham, Vermont, May 18, 1928, he was son of Ardel (Hudson) Haskell and Wilder A. Haskell Sr., served in the U. S. Army 1946-48 and worked 30 years as maintenance supervisor in Brattleboro. A former member of the Odd Fellows, he was an avid reader and enjoyed camping and working outside. He also had a passion for automobiles, especially antique cars.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis (Perkins) Haskell; daughter Debbie Lord of Dana Point, California; sons, Dennis Haskell of Brattleboro, Douglas Haskell of Merrimack and Norman Haskell of Saline, Michigan; sisters, Loraine Benge of Indianapolis, Muriel Sanders of Showlot, Arizona and Natalie Watson of Mobile, Alabama; and nine grandchildren.
A brother, Walden Haskell, died 24 April 1979.
Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Hinsdale.
