He was born Jan. 24, 1943, in Rupert, Vt., the son of Daniel O. and Shirley R. (Skelly) McKeighan. He was a mechanic at Don's Auto. Survivors include his stepmother, Thelma McK-Suthland of Brandon, Vt.; 11 children, Debbie Crum, Shirley Monroe and Cynthia Crum, all of Granville, Vicky O'Dell of Glens Falls, James McKeighan and Kenneth McKeighan, both of Brandon, Vt., Paula Klotz and Terri Fry, both of Oregon, Kathy Hicks of Washington, Greg Singleton of Nevada and Tracy McKeighan of North Carolina; nine brothers and sisters, Raymond Skelly of Hebron, Theodore Smith of Argyle, Vicky Ingleston and Kathy Adams, both of Granville, Doris Kelley of Castleton, Vt., Francis Smith of Lake George, Lana McKeighan, Louise McKeighan and Veronica McKeighan, all of Brandon, Vt.; 27 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
