I. Darius Haskell of the village of Frankfort, Herkimer county and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory do make, declare and publish my last will and testament in manner following
viz!
Furst - I give, devise and bequeath with my wife, Laura Haskell, all the real and personal property of every name and nature of which I may devised and possessed and other heirs and assigns forever
Lastly - I appoint George W. Gates of this village of Frankfort said county and state sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
