  The Caledonian-Record (VT) January 23, 2014 Frederick G. Baldwin Jr., 82, of Golden Valley, Ariz., passed away on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014. He was born to Amelia and Frederick G. Baldwin Sr. on Sept. 3, 1931 in St. Johnsbury, Vt. In 1959 he married Christina J. Houghton of Essex Junction, Vt. There they raised their two daughters Lori-Ann (Baldwin) Diehl of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Wendy Baldwin of Barre, Vt. Fred was a heavy equipment mechanic for many years in the Burlington area. He loved to be on the water, swimming, boating and fishing. For the past 15 years Fred and Tina especially enjoyed camping and hiking in the unique beauty of the Arizona desert.
