  The State Journal-Register (Springfield, IL) February 11, 1993 Thelma Lucille Ribble Stinnett, 85, of Palmyra died Tuesday at her residence. She was born Sept. 13, 1907, in Palmyra, the daughter of David H. and Sarah Jones Angelo. She married Jonas Ribble in 1927 in Edwardsville; he died in 1971. She then married Herbert Stinnett in Chatham in 1977; he died in 1979. Mrs. Stinnett was a member of American Legion Auxiliary 1034, Terry Park Community Club, Zelmer Memorial Airpark Association, all of Palmyra, and Gilead Baptist Church in Hettick. Surviving are three sons, George "Bing" and Homer, both of Hettick, and Terry of Rochester; a stepson, Wesley Stinnett of Florida; a stepdaughter, Jean Spicer of Carlinville; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
