  The Salt Lake Tribune (UT) February 22, 1999 Keith Jack Shuler died February 20, 1999, in Salt Lake City. He was born September 3, 1916, in Payson, Utah, to David and Dors Wightman Shuler. Keith married Maxine Wilson. He loved to golf, often playing 36 holes a day. As his health deteriorated, he cut back to 18 holes. He was instrumental in the development of Elk Ridge City. He was very proud of the development and the Gladstan Golf Course. Keith is survived by his son, Dennis (Colette) Shuler of Payson; two granddaughters, Michelle Shuler of Las Vegas, and Susan Kay Pixton of Salt Lake City; one brother, Sterling Hal Shuler.
