Frances Vivian Hill, 82, of 461 W. Lytle St., Fostoria, died at 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at Toledo Hospital.
She was born Oct. 23, 1916, in McClure to Bruce and Edith (Phillpot) Reid. She married Junior J. Hill in 1940, and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Tom and Bob, both of Fostoria; one daughter, Janet Holeman, Fostoria; nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gene Reid, Arcadia.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim and Bob Reid.
Mrs. Hill worked as an assembler at RCA Corp. (now Harris Corp.) for 27 years. She retired in 1982.
She was a member of Arcadia United Methodist Church, as well as the church chancel choir and the United Methodist Women. She was active with Meals on Wheels in Fostoria. She was a 1935 graduate of Arcadia High School.
