  Find-a-Grave Phyliss Ann West Johnston, 60, of Yukon, Okla., died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 1998, in Oklahoma. Mrs. Johnston was born Nov. 28, 1937, in Wink, Texas. Her husband, Allen K. Johnston, died Oct. 9, 1993. She was a registered nurse, and was director of nurses at Clinics of North Texas in Wichita Falls. She was a member of the American Heart Association, Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas, Shannon Alumini, Wink High School Alumini, Red River Renegades, Auxiliary FOE #3580 and of Wesley United Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Cathy Sandeen of Savannah, Ga., and Karen Bubb of Yukon, Okla.; a son, Darrel Johnston of Hermiston, Ore.; a brother, Richard R.
