  Daytona Beach News-Journal (FL) February 28, 2000 SOUTH DAYTONA Phyllis S. Kain, 72, of Katherine Street, a retired legal secretary, died Friday at Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach. Mrs. Kain, a native of Springfield, Mass., moved here in 1960 from Fairfield, Conn. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, the Emblem Club, the Elks Lodge, the Newcomers Club and the Halifax River Yacht Club. Survivors include her husband, Walter; a daughter, Carolann Bailey, Port Orange; and eight grandchildren. Baggett and Summers, Daytona Beach, is in charge.
