  Union-News (Springfield, MA) November 14, 2002 SOUTHBRIDGE - Ellen (Stowers) McMaster, 94, formerly of Columbus Ave., died Friday November 8 at Quaboag on the Common Nursing Home. Her husband of 59 years, Robert W. McMaster, died in 1997. She leaves two daughters, Susan E. Bosman of Springfield and Martha McMaster of New York City; a son, Robert T. McMaster of Northampton; two grandsons, James A. Bosman of Northampton and Garth E. Bosman of New York City; a brother, Henry S. Stowers, Jr. of South Weymouth. She was predeceased by a brother, Clifford H. Stowers, who died in 1984; and a sister, Margaret S. Hines, died in 1988.
