  Salamanca Press May 15, 1996 SALAMANCA - Arthur H. Alderman, 75, of26 Main St. died unexpectedly Tuesday (May 14, 1996) at his home. Born Oct. 19, 1920 in Rushford, Mr. Alderman was a son of the late Arthur and Grace Alderman. On Jan. 29, 1954 in Hume, he married the former Dorothy McKurth, who survives. Prior to his retirement in 1983, Mr. Alderman was employed by the former Salco Corporation as a woodshaver. Prior to that, he worked at the Fancher Furniture Company. Surviving besides his wife are one daughter, Sandra Lee Alderman of Florida; one sister, Lenora Anderson of Hume; three brothers, Ralph Alderman of Fillmore, Donald Alderman of Olean and Robert Alderman of Rochester and several nieces and nephews.
