Peoria - Vincent S. Dunham, 85, of Peoria, passed away at 5:42 AM on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. He was born on July 20, 1933 in Jacksonville, IL to Clarence and Bessie (Smith) Dunham. He married Millie Bennett on March 17, 1994 in Dixon, IL, she survives.
Also surviving are four children, Kathy Gray, Lawrence Dunham, Sarah (Dave) Haynes, and Andrew (Becky) Dunham; eight grandchildren, Chrissy Smith, Andrew Dunham, Loreli Mathus, Aaron Dunham, Jennifer Haynes, Candance Mathus, Allison Dunham, and Will Haynes; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Bob Dunham; and two sisters, Helen Dismang and Judy Viol.
Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Lou Ann Mathus, three brothers, Don, Clarence, and Scott; and three sisters, Aileen, Bessie Jane, and Phyllis.
Vincent worked at Keystone Steel and Wire in Bartonville, IL for 30 years. He was a member of the Bartonville American Legion Post 979. Vincent loved to play guitar and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
Vincent served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
