Beatrice E. Baughman, 80
KENNESAW, Georgia - Beatrice E. Baughman was born in Tahlequah, Okla., on Feb. 22, 1919, the daughter of William C. and Zona Hulse Dold. She graduated from Dennis High School in 1936. Shortly threreafter she traveled to Halstead where she was employed and met Clyde F. "Choke" Baughman. They were married on July 3, 1937, in El Dorado, and lived in Burrton until 1979, when they moved to Hutchinson. After Clyde's death on Sept. 9, 1999, she continued to live in Hutchinson until 2002 when she moved to Kennesaw, Ga., to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Gayl and Scott Maness, and only a few miles from her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Jeannie Baughman, Mariette, Ga.
In addition to her children, she is survived by three granddaughters, Melissa and Chrissy Lafferty, Athens, Ga. and Juliana Chrostowski, Agoura Hills, Calif.; a grandson, Kit Baughman, Boise, Idaho; three step grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a stillborn son, Darrel; three brothers, Harley, Haden, and Howard Dold and a sister, Esta Eddins.
