Born June 23, 1926, in Mackay, Idaho, he resided in Dixon. He worked for Pacific Gas & Electric for 24 years, retiring in 1977. He enjoyed fishing and camping with his family when they were young. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Mike Galindo of Dixon; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Mary Lou Hulse of Davis; seven grandchildren, Mike and Matt Galindo, Jeffrey Hulse, Michele Tupin, April Straub, Julie Villanueva and Monica Freeman; nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, June Hulse.
