  Amarillo Globe-News November 1, 2010 GRUVER - Leota "Mickey" Delano, 95, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010. Mrs. Delano was born June 11, 1915, to of Harry Bethel and Lillie Safronia Alexander Aday in Jackson County, Okla. She and Merle A. Delano were united in marriage on Oct. 10, 1935, in Jackson County, near Duke. Survivors include two grandsons, John Hardesty of Guymon and Brad Hardesty of Gruver; a granddaughter, Lesa Marrell of Amarillo; four great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Iva Jones of Amarillo.
