  The Hutchinson News (KS) April 26, 2005 HUGOTON - Josephine "Jo" Packard, 86, died April 19, 2005, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home, Hugoton. She was born Jan. 6, 1919, at Dombie, Okla., the daughter of Clifford and Avis Allender Delano. A resident of Hugoton, she was a homemaker. She also worked for Porter Drug Store, was a bus driver, worked at Dart In and was a dispatcher for the sheriff's office. In September of 1962, she married Roy A. Packard at Raton, N.M. He died Nov. 29, 2004. Survivors include: a son, Ronnie Dean Bolinger, Longmont, Colo.; a stepdaughter, Janice Johnson, Payette, Idaho; two sisters, Avis January and Elda Nichols, both of Liberal; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Bolinger; a brother, Clifford Delano; and three sisters, Lela Stewart, Fern Nickels and Sybill Hall.
