  The Victoria Advocate (TX) February 18, 2014 VICTORIA - Roy Keel 70, of Victoria passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. He was born on September 29, 1943 in Victoria to Mae Keel, and the late Warren Delbert Keel. He worked for UPS and retired after 30 years of service. In addition to his mother, Roy is survived by his wife of 44 years, Barby Keel; daughters, Karen (Bobby) Andrews of Cameron, and Terri (Mitchell) Jank of Meyersville; son, Wesley Keel of Victoria; sisters, Jeanette Keel and Margaret Carr of Houston; four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Roy enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Ragsdale Ranch huntng lease in Vienna for 28 years, and he was a proud member of the NRA.
