She was born February 20, 1911 in Bellingham, WA to Thadeus and Caroline (Ward) Cox. Grace graduated from Ferndale High School. She was a bookkeeper for Columbia Valley Lumber while living in Whatcom County. She moved to Chicago, IL, in 1979 where she was a clerk for the Better Business Bureau. Grace was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in River Forest, IL. Preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Westlund. Survived by her son, Larry Westlund of EImwood Park, IL.
