  The State Journal-Register (Springfield, IL) November 23, 2002 SPRINGFIELD - Dorothy M. McCoy, 90, of Springfield died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at Heritage Manor. She was born in Red Cloud, Neb., the daughter of Melvin E. and Dessie Fishel Henderson. She married Lindsey E. McCoy; he died in 1982. Two sons, infant Charcey and John G. McCoy, preceded her in death. Mrs. McCoy retired from Eisner Food Store. She was a member of West Side Christian Church and an honorary member of the Springfield Motor Boat Club. Survivors: a grandson; a brother, Floyd (wife, Betty) Henderson of Springfield; and a sister, Helen Elmore of Springfield.
