  Daily Herald (Arlington Heights, IL) January 4, 2011 Lee E. Sancken of Mundelein Born May 7, 1932, in Saunemin, Ill., and passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Lee had been a Mundelein resident for the past 55 years. He was an Army veteran and an employee of Bolander Construction for 29 years. He later owned A.R.T. Fleet Snowplowing in Mundelein, and was a teacher and member of the Community of Christ Church in Libertyville. Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Gloria Sancken; children, Larry (Susan) Sancken of Grayslake, Sherri (Jan) Polka of Green Oaks and Lisa Goodman (Ken); eight grandchildren, Jim Sancken and Jacqueline Ochs, Gregory, Cory, Eric and Shanna Polka, and Patrick and Brian Goodman; 11 great_grandchildren; and his sister, June (Tom) Bentley. He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Lee Sancken in 1975.
