  Find-a-Grave Oliver Perry Bennett, 78, 1010 S. East Street, Olney, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday, April 9, in Richland Memorial Hospital. Mr. Bennett was born Nov. 13, 1905, in Richland County, the son of Walter and Nola (McDade) Bennett. He married Della Cheek Feb. 26, 1927, and she survives. He was an employee of the Olney Livestock for many years and was affiliated with the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ Church. He was also a member of the Claremont Ruritan Club. Other survivors include an adopted daughter, Sandra Maglone, Olney; a brother, John R., Olney; two sisters, Maxine Sterritt, Tuscon, Az.; and Marjorie Wilfong, Orlando, Fla.; a grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
