GREENWOOD, South Carolina
Paul Wilson Herrick, 72, of 806 Hwy 221 South, husband of Faye Wilson Herrick, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Southwest Harbor, Maine, he was a son of the late Woodrow Wilson and Phyllis Grindle Herrick.
Paul was a U. S. Navy Veteran and was a member of the Mathews Lions Club. For thirty-eight years, he was the founder and owner of Yankee Hone Precision Machine Shop. Paul was a member of First Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where he was in the Dust Busters Sunday school class.
He was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Herrick; a brother, Richard Herrick; and a sister Myrtle Elaine Herrick.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children: Cindy Lou Lake of Nebraska, Donald Ristow of South Carolina, Kathleen B. Herrick of Connecticut, Theresa Crosby of South Carolina, Janice Marble of Massachusetts, Robin Zordan of Connecticut, Matthew Herrick of South Carolina and James E. Ristow of Virginia; a brother, Steven Herrick of Texas; eighteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
