Mr. Dailey is survived by his wife, Marilyn Grindle Dailey; his mother, Mary Markovich Dailey; two sons, John William Dailey of Southbury and Mark Alan Dailey of Harwinton; three daughters, Deborah Dailey of Thomaston, Lynne Davis of Torrington and Jennifer Dailey of Bristol; a brother, Thomas Dailey of Northfield; a sister, Mary Ann Dudley of South Carolina; seven grandchildren; three nieces and a nephew.
