  The Grand Rapids Press (MI) February 22, 2016 Kenneth Orvel Bogardus, aged 82 of Wyoming, was taken to his heavenly home on Monday, February 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Madeline Bogardus. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 61 years, Nancy; children, Kenneth Bogardus, Kathryn (Randy) Kuiper, Susan (Ian) Fraser, David (Cathy) Bogardus, Edward (Taffy) Bogardus; grandchildren, Tony, John, Mandy, Karie, Nick, Jared, Jackie, Lynn, Nicole, Angela, Brion, Mary, Rachel, Edward, James, Jennifer, Olivia; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Paul E. (Barb), Richard (Joyce), Madeline Chrysler, Lorraine Marsh, Audrey (RV) McHenry, Andrea (Richard) Vickers; sisters-in-law, Marcia Rossman, Barb (Tom) Baranoski; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Ken was a loving family man who was devoted to his faith. He was a member of the Grand Rapids Antique Auto Club and enjoyed collecting Hudson automobiles. He was an expert machinist who helped to restore the Futureliner seen at Millenium Park. Ken co-founded and ran RNB Machine and Tool.
