  Cole & Gleason Funeral Home Adelard L. 'Ray' Raymond, Jr, 76, of East Falmouth died on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at his residence. Mr. Raymond was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, the son of the late Adelard L. and Edith (Torrison) Raymond. He lived in both Weymouth and later Woonsocket, RI when he was younger. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years retiring a Staff Sergeant in 1971. He had lived in Falmouth for the past 20 years and had lived in Union, Maine previously, and was a corrections officer at the Maine State Prison. He enjoyed carpentry, his coin collection and interacting with his friends. He was the companion of Kathleen Crosby of E. Falmouth for the past 20 years and was the husband of the late Sandra (Zabelle) Raymond and the late Corrine (Connor) Raymond. He is also survived by three daughters; Risa Folsom of Fall River, Tammy Raymond of Augusta, ME and Sheryl Raymond of Falmouth, one son; Alfred Raymond of Falmouth, 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a brother, Edward Raymond of Weymouth.
