  Local newspaper Portland - Mrs Ruby Maude Coombs, 61, died at a Bangor Hospital December 27. She was born in Milo, September 24, 1910 daughter of Harry W. and Carrie Grass Coombs. She had made her home here for the past 20 years. She was a native of McAdam, N. B. Canada and attended schools there. She came to the U.S. in 1929 and lived in the Bangor - Brewer area. Survivors include two sons, TSgt. Ernest Glenn Warren of Maguire AFB, N.J., and Walter Brian Warren of Massachusetts; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Dole of Lynn, Mass., Mrs. William (Reata) Cassidy of Willbraham, Mass., and Mrs. Michael (Joan) Grady of South Portland; two brothers, James H. and Walter Gillies, both of MavAdam, N. B.; five sisters, Miss Reata Gillies of Portland, Mrs. L. Wayne (Alice) Wilson of Veazie, Mrs. Leslie (Dorothea) Libby of St. Andrews, N. B., Mrs. Rolfe (Beatrice) Johnson of Revelstoke, B. C., Mrs. Walter (Bernice) Chessa of Stillwater; 13 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
