TRACY, LENA MAXINE - With profound sadness, the family of Lena M. Tracy announce her passing which occurred on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the Saint John Regional Hospital with her family by her side.
Born in Tracy, New Brunswick on August 20, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Hazen and Mabel (Dewitt) McCleary and a devoted wife to the late Charles E. Tracy.
In her younger years, Lena enjoyed a variety of hobbies including bowling, bingo and card games. One of her greatest pleasures was Sunday visits from her family when they all gathered in the sun porch.
Lena will be missed by her children, Chris Tracy (Lenore) of Quispamsis, Eric Tracy (Louise) of Hopewell Hill, Gloria Hachey (Robert Clifford) of Saint John; a son-in-law, Ric Lingley of Quispamsis; a brother, Elwood McCleary (Dot); a sister, Joan Larson (Galen); a brother-in-law, John Willinski all of Maine; grandchildren, Richard, Michael, Robert, Darryl, Shawn, Troy, Shawna, Deric and Vicki; great-grandchildren, Elexie, Drew, Addi, Jordan, Michael, Avelyn, Autumn, Ryan, Julia and Isla; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
In addition to her husband and parents, Lena was predeceased by a daughter Diane Lingley in 2014; her sisters, Mildred Harris, Mae Heenan, Alice Cail and Eileen Willinski; and a great-granddaughter Haley Michelle Hachey.
