  Gaffney Dolan Funeral Home Michael Ford McKenna, 40, of Oak Drive, North Stonington, Conn., passed away Jan. 26, 2011. Born in Westerly, R.I., he was the beloved son of Charles A. and Joan McKenna, both of North Stonington. Michael was a carpenter and employed in construction. He was a wonderful father to his three sons: Jordan, Seamus and Liam. He enjoyed spending time with his sons and was a fixture at all of their sporting events. He was a fan of Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots, and enjoyed downhill skiing and the beach. Mike, to his family and friends, was quick-witted, and enjoyed making others laugh. He was a long time communicant of St. Thomas Moore Church in North Stonington. In addition to his parents and his children, he leaves two brothers, Patrick McKenna of Frisco, Texas, and Timothy McKenna of Clinton, Conn., and a sister, Colleen Marchitto, of Columbia, Conn., as well as several nieces and nephews.
