  The Daily Oklahoman December 5, 1991 BELL - Herbert M., age 87, longtime Oklahoma City resident, died Wednesday at his home after a lengthy illness. Mr. Bell was retired from Civil Service after many years in radio and radar repair. He was very active in ham radio, using the call letters W5JCW. He was a member of the Baptist Temple Church, the Masons, and the OKC Camera Club. He is survived by his wife, Era of the home; a son, Gene Fred Bell and wife, Irma of Moore; a stepson, Ron Massey and wife, Cheri of Ft. Worth, Tx.; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
