  Cloverdale Funeral Home and Memorial Park Elsie Virginia Lappin was born on April 13, 1921 in Grangeville, Idaho to Viola and Fay Andrews. She passed away at age 97 on January 28, 2019 in Kuna, Idaho. Elsie was preceded in death by her husband, David Lappin as well as her parents, two brothers and a sister. Elsie is survived by her son, Dallas Lappin and daughter in law, Linda; her daughter, Sharon Scott and son in law, John; and her son, Doug Lappin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren: David, Lisa, Donna, Kim, Amanda, April, Darrin, Craig, Casi, and Paul as well as numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Elsie was baptised in 1954 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and served faithfully for 65 years. Elsie loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed the outdoors as well as travelling to Alaska to visit her son. Elsie loved gardening, butterflies, horses, and watching western movies.
