He was born in Montpelier, March 22, 1923, the son of George E. and Helene (Couch) Quinn. He attended Montpelier High School Mr. Quinn enjoyed trading and selling at flea markets. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include a son, Robert P. Quinn of Fort Smith, Ark.; a daughter, Becky Quinn of Fort Smith; a sister, Betty Dukette of Montpelier; a brother, George Quinn of Wilimington, Mass.
