  The Los Angeles Times December 10, 2002 HASKELL, Leah Born February 15, 1921. Passed away peacefully at her home in Redondo Beacg on December 8, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Norman Haskell, she is survived by two loving sons, Henry and David Haskell and their wives, Susan I. and Susan B. Haskell. She also leaves four cherished grandchildren Noah, Amanda, Joshua and Alex. Leah's journey began in a poor village in Poland, then to India in 1935 in order to escape the impending holocaust. She married in 1940 and began our family, immigrating to America in 1955.
