  Lansing State Journal January 5, 2012 Howard William Hunt Sr. Lansing Age 77, passed away January 3, 2012. He was born on September 18, 1934 in Lansing, Michigan to William and Pearl Hunt. Howard (Howdy), was a musician and worked at Diamond Reo in Lansing. He also worked on his one of a kind classic car and entered it in numerous car shows throughout the state. He is survived by his loving partner Phyllis Whipple, 3 children, Starr (Steve) Keller, Kimberly Johnson, Howard Jr. (Melanie) Hunt, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and his beloved pet dog Mango.
