  Tacoma News Tribune August 31, 1977 Violet M. Covell, 70, of Olalla died Monday. Mrs. Covell had lived her whole life in the Gig Harbor area. She was a member of the Lutheran church. Her survivors include her husband, Hurley; two daughters, Mrs. Virginia May Edwards of Gig Harbor and Delores Jean Fagerud of Olalla; two brothers, Albert Anderson of Gig Harbor and Art Anderson of Quincy; a sister, Lillian Buell of Seattle; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
