  Argus/Dispatch Ralph H. Talbot, 72, East Moline, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 1998, at Trinity Medical Center, West. Ralph H. was born Nov. 6, 1925, in Kewanee, the son of Claude and Katherine Kock Talbot. He married Betty Hawotte Feb. 19, 1944, in Moline. He retired Aug. 1, 1986 from Moline School District 40 as an electrician after 28 years of service. He was a member of AFSCME. He enjoyed camping, gardening, hunting, playing horseshoes and birdwatching. Survivors include his wife; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Fumei Talbot, Bourbonnais, Ill., Alan ''Randy'' and Melissa Talbot, Rock Island, and Gary Talbot, Pass Christian, Mass.; daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Glenn Granger, Rock Island, Andrea and Daniel Judge, Carbon Cliff, and Lisa Sedlock and Brian Fanning, Rock Island; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Katherine Folwell, Forrest, Ill., and Darlene Wordemann, Kewanee; and a brother, Frank Talbot, Florida.
