Albert Woolhouse, who has resided near Garrattsville over forty years, died at the Jones Nursing home in Oneonta, February 19th. He had been in failing health for several years. He was born at Laurens, October 9, 1867, son of George and Amanda Van Buren Woolhouse.
He married Leila Mayne July 4, 1892. Their early life was spent near Edmeston but they had resided near Garrattsville over forty years until on account of failing health he sold his farm and went to the Jones Nursing home to be cared for.
Mrs. Woolhouse, who survives him, is being cared for by Mrs Meecham at Burlington. He is also survived by several cousins.
The Rev. Ralph Vosburgh, pastor of the Edmeston Baptist church, officiated and the body was put in the Union cemetery vault.
