  The Post-Standard (Syracuse, NY) May 27, 1998 Leland Elbert "Bucky" Talbot, 90, of West Main Street, Earlville, died Sunday at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich. Born in Taylor Hill, he was a 1931 graduate of Colgate University. He was the former owner of a farm machinery business in Earlville, retiring in 1974 after 33 years. He was the first New Holland dealer in Central New York. His wife, the former Mary Sabis, died in 1992; a daughter, Barbara, died previously. Survivor: A son, Thomas E. of Oriskany.
