Franklin A. "Frank" Talbot of Leesburg, Florida and formerly of Kewanee, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the age of 93 years. He was born in Cambridge, Illinois.
Frank proudly served his country in the US Army. He retired from John Deere after 20 years. Frank lived at Midway Manor Mobile Home Park in Leesburg. He was the groundskeeper for many years and was also the former manager for 9 years. In his free time he loved to go fishing.
He was preceded in death by his first wife of 47 years, Margaret "Betty" Talbot on October 24, 1993.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Nila G. Talbot; sons, Larry Talbot and his wife, Paula of Russellville, Alabama and Michael Talbot and his wife, Sharon of Kewanee, Illinois; daughters, Christy Verschage and her husband, James of Orlando, Florida, Katherine Saparito of Boynton Beach, Florida and Suzie Ballard and her husband, Tim of Illinois; step daughter, Jane Steward and her husband, Michael of Worthington, Indiana, a step-son, Russell Freeman and his wife, Teresa of Bloomington, Indiana; 12 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren.
