  The Pantagraph (Bloomington, IL) January 14, 2000 FORREST - Katherine M. "Katie" Talbot Folwell, 75, of ASTA Care Center, Pontiac, formerly of Forrest, died at 1:55 a.m. Thursday (Jan. 13, 2000) at OSF Saint James Hospital, Pontiac. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery. Mrs. Folwell was born Sept. 7, 1924, in Cambridge, a daughter of Claude E. and Katherine M. Koch Talbot. She married James W. Folwell Jr. on Feb. 25, 1946. He survives at ASTA Care Center, Pontiac. Other survivors include two daughters, Toni Hembree and Nisa (Brian) Schaffer, both of Forrest; one son, James W. Folwell III, Strawn; one sister, Darlene Werderman, Kewanee; and one brother, Frank Talbot, Leesburg, Fla. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Steven Folwell, Amy Ericson, Annette Craven, Trudy Moore, Desiree and Dusti Folwell, Kane Rollind, Colleen Davis and Tyler Schaffer; and 10 great-grandchildren, Lindsay and Hannah Folwell; Anthony, Samantha and Sara Craven; Nicholas Runyon; Samantha and Stephanie Mislich; and Ryan and Taylor Moore. A son, a daughter, three brothers, two sisters and a daughter-in-law preceded her in death. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Folwell was dedicated to her family and a "Granny" to all.
