  Herald-Zeitung January 29, 2009 Robert Dean Wicall passed away at his home on Tuesday Jan. 27, 2009. He was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Cambridge, Ill., and raised by Wilson and Leora (Kenney) Wicall. He had worked primarily in the insurance industry, having served as an executive of several insurance companies. Survivors include his wife, Shana of New Braunfels; three children, Shelley Rene Guajardo and husband Juan, Sheila Dawn Hernandez and husband Moses, and Robert Holly Wicall, all of San Antonio; seven grand children; one brother, Dwaine Patton of Florida; and one sister, Helen Wakefield of Iowa.
