  Tacoma News Tribune February 16, 1978 Eugene E. Winchester, 66, a retired watchman for Asarco, died Tuesday. Mr. Winchester, of 5610 W. 62nd St., was born in Tacoma and had resided here all his life. He had been employed at the smelter 31 years. Among survivors are his wife, Rose; a son Jerry, of Tacoma; a daughter, Carolyn Krasovetz of Tacoma; a sister Lois Maxwell of Tacoma; a brother, Don of Hawthorne Nev., and six grandchildren.
